Windows 10: BSOD when playing games / heavy load`

    BSOD when playing games / heavy load`


    Hello. I'm new to the forums; I've specifically created this account to get assistance with my current problem. My computer has been crashing randomly whenever I try to play resource heavy games Genshin Impact/Dead by daylight/The finals but works totally fine on lighter games league of legends.There are times where in the crashes happen in just a minute after the game launches. During these crashes, my PC just freezes the mouse, the sounds still work for a couple of seconds then totally stops, then nothing response on my computer, keyboards/mice and all other input devices are not wo

    Hard crashes with ANY heavy load

    Out of the blue, my computer has been crashing upon heavy loads. For example, playing a game. I can load into the menu fine, but when it finishes loading the game, either the game will crash or my computer will black screen and restart. Specs and what I have tried already are as follows:

    • CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600G
    • RAM: 32GB Corsair DDR4-3200MHz
    • MOBO: ASUS X470 Prime Pro
    • GPU: ZOTAC GTX-1070
    • PSU: Corsair CX450
    What I have tried:

    • Updated drivers for CPU, GPU and MOBO BIOS updated
    • reinstall GPU drivers via NVIDIA software utilities
    • unplugged and reconnected all PSU connections, reseated GPU
    I'm out of ideas. Any suggestions you have to fix my issues are greatly appreciated.

    Thank you for contacting Microsoft Community.

    Please share the information requested below:

    • Does the BSOD occur while playing a particular game?
    • Is the game downloaded from Windows Store?

    I suggest you to update the Graphic Card drivers by following the steps provided below and check if it helps.

    • Press Windows key + X, select Device Manager.
    • Expand Display Adapters.
    • Right click on the driver and select Update Driver Software.
    • Follow the on-screen prompts to update.

    BSOD when playing games / heavy load`

    BSOD WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR during play heavy gaming

    Computer Freezing then BSOD while playing heavy game like Kingdom Come: Deliverance, CPU temp run high to 90-95 Celsius before freezing. I tried to run intel processor diagnostic tool and all pass. Windows 11 Version 21H2
