BSOD when transfer large file through wifi

I can repeatedly cause a bsod when transferring a large file (100gb) from my computer to a network drive located on another computer. I noticed this with my new USB wifi adapter: Robot Check

But was also able to replicate it with an older wifi adapter:
    Robot Check

When transferring with the older Netis adapter, it is much hard to get a BSOD (I managed to do it once). However, it will cause the internet to drop off. Sometimes it comes back online after a few minutes, at other times it won't and requires that I unplug and re-plug the USB adapter back in. All of this information is causing me to think there is some kind of issue with the USB 3.0 on my motherboard, or the channels that are used to push data from the usb X470 GAMING PLUS | Motherboard - The world leader in motherboard design | MSI Global
I update the bios to no avail.

I have tried different USB (3.1 and 2) slots, ones in the back and ones on the front of case. But either way there is always a BSOD with the Techkey 1750Mbps adapter and there is always a network drop with the Netis WF2190 Wireless AC1200. The Techkey adapter gets pretty warm, which I am sure does not help.

I ran memtest86, only 1 pass through and had to skip the last test due to time restriction (had to go to work). No issues were detected. I can re-do this with all 4 passes if this is beneficial.

Windows version 1909 OS Build 18363.535

    Has anyone experienced this before?

    :)

BSOD when transfer large file through wifi

    Cable to transfer files

OMG. I have never met anyone who actually bought one of those file transfer things.

Firewire will do the same as USB, but faster, so will a cheap crossover cable. I can wlak you through the steps of moving data so you will not miss a beat.

Anything more than $10 to buy a cable is too much.
