Windows 10: BSOD when trying to open a game that is on my M.2

Ive been receiving a BSOD every time I boot up my COD BO6. I updated all my drivers for my gpu and have all my windows updated. For some reason, it boots and plays on my HDD but when moved to the M.2 SSD it completely blue screens out when booted. I would just keep it on the HDD but it loads so slow and plays horribly. If there’s any way this is able to be fixed it would be greatly appreciated. Windows BSOD after install fresh windows 10 on M.2 SSD

Hello, I've got a problem regarding my Windows PC. Couple months ago I bought a fresh sealed M.2 and put it into my PC and reinstall Windows 10. After that, I constantly getting BSOD. So, I thought there is a problem with my M.2 so I replaced it by using my warranty and they did replaced it with a new M,2. After I got it back yesterday afternoon and reinstall Windows 10 again, it's working fine and can game on it perfectly fine. Today, when I try to game on it again, it crashes like 4 times (BSOD). I cant think of anything on how to fix this. Is it the motherboard? Is the GPU? Ps. while I was waiting for my warranty M.2 to go through, I used normal SSD WD Green and its working perfectly fine. No BSOD. Only after I changed it to M.2 as my boot drive and this nightmare keep coming.

When I put my GPU on Furmark Stress Test, the BSOD came up and it show CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED

 

the sims 2 h&m fashion stuff tsupdo.exe stopped working

I would suggest you uninstall the game completely and reinstall the game in compatibility mode and check if it helps.

Follow the steps below on how to install driver in compatibility mode:

1. Download the game from the manufacturer’s website and save it on your local disk.

2. Right click on the setup file of the driver and select “Properties”.

3. Select “Compatibility” Tab.

4. Place a check mark next to “Run this program in Compatibility mode” and select operating system from the drop down list.

5. Let the game install and then check the functionality.
