Windows 10: BSOD when updating games Valorant/Steam

Good day everyone, I have been experiencing this problem for the past 6 months but it occurs only from time to time I thought it is fixed then sooner or later it happens again. BSOD happens when I am in the middle of updating games like VALORANT or Dota 2 and sometimes as well it happens when the PC is left idle and when I come back to my room, it restarted on its own. There is no possible cause I can think of except maybe failing hardware. I tried most fixes like doing sfc /scannow, disabling all non-system services on startup and it still happens. Windows 10 Steam game crashes

• Does the issue occur only with Steam games or all games?
• Are you able to view videos?
• What is the make and model of your computer?

I suggest you to update the Graphic Card driver by following the steps provided below and check if it helps.

• Press Windows key + X and select Device Manager.
• Expand Display Adapters.
• Right click on the driver and select Update Driver Software.
• Follow the on-screen prompts to update the driver.

Steam games recent list does not update

The recently used program list for the Steam computer game client never updates. It says recent but it misses actual recent games that I've played and lists games that I haven't touched for months or years. How can I investigate the reason for this list not updating? It works just fine for other programs on the Start Menu. I tried searching for information but the word "update" in the search string returns results about Steam and Windows updates and not about the recent list updating.

Issues in launching Steam games after the Windows 10, version 1703 update may occur if Game Mode is disabled or the game components are corrupted.

To resolve your concern, we recommend that you manually enable Game Mode by following the steps below:

• Press the Windows key + G on your keyboard.
• Select Settings in the Game bar.
• In the General tab, select the check box for
  Game Mode.

• Were you asked to uninstall the Steam games before installing the Windows 10, version 1703 update?
• Does the issue occur on other games aside from Steam games?
