See if you have any old peripherals that can be connected by serial or ps/2.

Were you able to reboot before running Memtest86+ to update the drivers?

disabled the USB listing you mentioned, then removed it. as I was doing so the PC froze, I lost all mouse/keyboard functionality and I had to manually restart the tower. It's been that way ever since...reboot...2 seconds of functionality...

Find a flash drive that you can format.
Create a bootable windows 10 iso: Download Windows 10

    1) When you were in device manger please post information on what you viewed and what steps that you performed.
    2) Are you files backed up?
    3) Had you made an image of the drive?
    4) When was the last time that you had created a restore point?

Memtest takes approximately 1 -2 hours / GB RAM
Later today I'll check in on the progress and troubleshoot the findings.

Make sure that the computer is not on a metered network.
Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:
    1) dism /online /cleanup-image /checkhealth
    2) dism /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth
    3) dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
With sfc /scannow not finding any integrity violations that indicates the operating system is OK.
However you may need the dism ability to repair operating system corruption when sfc /scannow is incapable of repairing integrity violations.

The memory dump link was not able to be opened. Can you send it in a different form?

    4) Perform windows updates
    5) indicate any failed KB# with error code
    6) Has the USBHUB3 been updated so that the mouse and keyboard are working?
    7) when you run the above dism commands also run chkdsk /scan then post the results into the thread:
right click on the top bar or title bar of the administrative command prompt box > left click on edit then select all > right click on the top bar again > left click on edit then copy > paste into the thread

What form can I send the memory.dmp It says I don't have privileges to share it even tough I am logged on as admin.

Not at the office right now, but I'll run those in a few hours when I go back.

If I recall looking at the device manager, USBHUB3 no longer exists there.....

Windows updates is stuck looking for updates. I left the office with the updates pending and the other
    dism ability still running.
