Windows 10: BSOD when using Adobe Premiere Elements 2019

I use Windows 10 Pro 64-bit
System Specs:
Intel core i7 4770k @ 3.5GHz CPU
32 GB Dual-channel Corsair DDR3 RAM
ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. MAXIMUS VI HERO (SOCKET 1150) motherboard
Two LG FULL HD ([email protected]) monitors
6GB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 (Gigabyte) video card

The issue is that Prem Elements 2019 crashes when saving video after editing. Windows has been reinstalled (MS tech support suggested it), and the issue is still present. Today, I upgraded the video driver from the gaming driver to the NVidia Studio driver (since this is primarily the video editing machine.

The error is nearly always WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR. In safe mode it became something like a watchdog error (forget the exact name).

One extra note: the zip file attached was zipped by hand because the log-collector program failed to zip the file automatically.

I have upgraded to Widows 10 and find that in Adobe Premiere Elements 10, audio playback is fine but there is no video playback. What is the solution to this problem?

I had the same problem and upgraded to Premiere Elements version 14. The upgrade has many improvements over version 10, is worth the cost and works perfectly on Windows 10.
