Windows 10: BSOD When using HRD (Ham Radio Deluxe)

Hello Everyone and Thank you so much for reading,

I am an Amateur Radio operator and I have the ability to control my radio from my computer... When I actually run the program (Ham Radio Deluxe) and connect between my radio, it works for a while.. then of course.. BSOD!.. I'm not sure why..

Attached are some DMP files (Two files only 10 minutes apart from two attempts at running the program)

Error status 0xc0000020

hi there,

I have anew laptop with windows 10 and I have a software HRD for ham radio, I did install the HRD program and it works fine at the begging, then I have an error message (bad image) "c:\program files (x86)\HRD software LLC\ham
radio deluxe\hrdstation.dll is either not designed to run on windows or it contains an error, try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support. error status
0xc0000020." so I did install the program again and it work fine for a while, then again same message.

what shall I do ?

Com port

Hello, I currently have a com port CP2105 enhanced installed on my laptop that my amateur radio uses to communicate with my PC and software such as Ham Radio Deluxe etc.. I need an additional CP2105 enhanced com port for another software program to communicate to the radio so I can use two different software programs at the same time to communicate with the radio. the programs are such as Ham radio Deluxe, N3FJP, WSJTX, Grid Tracker. Any help would be appreciated
