    This can be due to a recent change in the configuration of your device. To assist you with your concern, we suggest that you reset the application from the apps and features in Windows 10. This option will reset the configuration
    of the application to the default state. To do this, follow the steps below:

    • In the Search box, type Apps & features and press
      Enter.
    • From the list of applications search for Paint
      3D.
    • Click Paint 3D and select
      Advanced options.
    • Click Reset.
    • Check if the issue persists.

  3. Models on 3D builder application are not displaying normally.

    Hello,

    Thank you for replying with required information.



    1. Are you facing this issue with all the models in 3D Builder?
    2. Have you downloaded the models or have you created you own models using 3D builder application?
    3. In which file format are the models saved?
    4. Were you able to view the models in the 3D builder normally, prior to this issue?

    Reply with the information to the above question for further clarity on the issue.

    Meanwhile, I suggest you to create a new user account and check if the issue is specific to the user account. Refer the article on
    Create
    a local user or administrator account in Windows 10

    for steps to create a new user account.

    3D Paint Textbox Moving By Itself Issue

    Hi Sami,



    Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.



    I understand how frustrating it could be when Windows features do not work as they are supposed to, however, upon checking this on multiple computers, I was able to position the textbox as per my requirements. It seems that there
    is some issue with the application settings on your end.



    I would suggest to reset the application or reinstall it, to achieve this, please follow the steps given below.



    Go to Settings->Apps->Apps & features->Paint 3D->Advanced options->Reset.



    If resetting the application does not work, it would suggest to uninstall it and reinstall it from Store. Please follow the steps mentioned below.



    • Right click on Start button (Windows logo) and choose
      Windows PowerShell (Admin).
    • Type Get-AppxPackage *Paint3D* | Remove-AppxPackage and hit the
      Enter key.
    • Upon the successful completion of the above command, Paint 3D will be removed from the computer.
    • Launch Windows Store and reinstall the application.
