Windows 10: BSOD whenever I try move a game to another drive on steam

My PC keeps blue screening whenever I try move a game to another drive on steam, this is the only way that i can make it happen 100% of the time but I also blue screen while playing games every now and then and sometimes even just watching youtube videos or downloading stuff, I recently upgraded from a rx580 to a 5600xt and since then i've also been having graphics driver issues not sure if these could be linked, just to be clear I have very limited knowledge when it comes to computers so I will include my specs and the memory dumps from the crashes and see if anyone can help.Specs-CPU- AMD

The settings in the Settings app for new content only affect Microsoft Store apps and games.

If you are a Steam Gamer, that is way more customizable than most gaming platforms.

You can move the folder that contains your Steam Games, then go into Steam Settings and move the reference to the Steam Game folder and Steam will see all the games you have installed on the D drive.
