Windows 10: BSOD while CPU on low load

I have AMD Ryzen 5 3600 CPU, a few months after using this PC it started freezing and gettings BSOD errors, always different errors all related to memory it always happens when CPU is under 20% utilization.I did RAM tests and SSD tests, tried taking off RAM sticks and putting them on 1 by 1 still the same.Only patch to this error is running a performancy have app so CPU utlization is higher than 20% then everythings fine, but sometimes it's hard to reach Windows, BSOD started happening more frequently so it happens while Windows is booting.

BSOD when CPU under load, not caused by high temps.


Hi all,
I have posted here before about BSOD issues and I thought they had stopped after your help.
Alas, they have returned with a vengeance. The BSODs usually happen when the CPU is under load, they happen often when playing DotA 2 and every time when running wprime. I have ran wprime in conjunction with Hwmonitor in order to observe the CPU getting to 55C when at 100% load.
I have a closed loop water cooler (corsair H60) on my CPU and it is not overclocked.
My GPU is an R9 280X powercolor turboduo, which I have not touched OC-wise.
PSU is a corsair CX 600W
Mobo is an Asrock Fatality Z97X killer
RAM is Kingston HyperX beast not OCed

Update: Processor has just passed intel processor diagnostic tool test. -running more tests now

 

Low Ram - High CPU Load?

Nah no leak, I did some research and it is complicated. But I don't understand why it's overheating. I might have to give it a knock or turn it upside down. Maybe the liquid stuck on one side. I'm looking to replace it with a fan heatsink cooler but not sure if it's necessary.

The pump is making a noise so my guess is it's related to that.

Does anything look unusual? I opened the case up, knocked on the pumps a little, turned the case upside down, left side up and all around, in hopes to maybe get the liquid flowing in case it was stuck somewhere. It's been going good so far, usually when I open up chrome the temps start to go.

The temperatures where fluctuating higher initially but eventually it started to hang around 40's as shown in pictures. I have some more pictures from initial start up when it was running hotter if you would like those.

Edit: I can hear little sounds like as if cooking butter on a stove from the pumps.

So far so good, going to run a game, see what happens, hopefully might just need to re apply thermal paste, worst case might need to a new cpu cooler.

My temps definitely spike up to around 50-55 when I launch a program. I dont think thats normal, temps should stay pretty stable right?

'System and compressed memory' on ASUS G75VY notebook load CPU always on 16%

here what I did:

1. disabled non-microsoft services, disabled all applications in startup list

result: after restart "system and compressed memory" still gain 17% CPU

2. ran PC into safe mode ( just to see what happens )

result: CPU load is 0% for "system and compressed memory"

3. ran PC in normal mode

result: CPU load is 0% for "system and compressed memory"

as we can see from step 1, the problem probably is not in applications ?

what would you suggest in this case ?
