Windows 10: BSOD while I was AFK, need help.

I was grabbing something to eat, and when I got back my pc had clearly restarted I dunno what caused it. 121623-12046-01.dmpplease help

To understand the issue better, I would need more information from your end.

• What is the make and model of the computer?
• When exactly the issue started?

This issue could have occurred due to these reasons:

• Corrupt hardware.
• Missing Windows Updates or device drivers.

Before starting troubleshooting, I suggest you to install all the available Windows Updates and check if the issue persists. If yes, try the steps listed here:

Method 1:

I suggest you to use a different external mouse and check if the issue persists.

Method 2:

If the issue persists, I suggest you to install latest driver\software for the mouse from the manufacturer website and check if it helps.
If Windows 10 driver\software
is not available, I would suggest you to install driver\software
in compatibility mode.

To install the Mouse
driver\software in compatibility mode follow these steps.

a. Download the latest mouse
driver\software from the manufacturer’s website and save it on your local disk.

b. Right-click on the setup file of the driver and select “Properties”.

c. Select “Compatibility” Tab.

d. Place a check mark next to “Run this program in Compatibility mode” and
select latest Windows version from the drop down list.

e. Let the driver\software install and then check the functionality.

Disable hardware accel in your browsers. Also aumha.org for bsods listing. Turn on power saving for your gcs(set to oc in games but not webbrowsing)
