Windows 10: BSOD while installing Legacy Realtek HD Audio Driver

Hi, my issue is, in device manager, I couldn't see "Realtek HD Audio Driver/Realtek Audio Driver" and because of this, I cannot use my case's audio i/o either front or back After searching on google, I tried some solutions that I saw. One of them is installing that driver via adding Legacy Realtek HD Audio driverBut ten seconds after I click next windows freeze and then the Blue screen arrives.Informations that maybe required1- I updated my bios after this and tried again but result is same2- I run some codes on CMD and power shell like sfc /scannow // chkdsk /f/r3- Ryzen 5 3600 / Gigabyte B

Realtek Audio Driver - Add Legacy Hardware causes BSOD

Your motherboard is almost new. Legacy drivers are for out of date hardware.

It looks like the Realtek driver is not installed, and trying to install a Legacy driver from Realtek is very likely to cause BSOD

if the driver installs at all.

It's best to use the driver provided by the mfg of your motherboard.

(Realtek point this out on their download pages - or still did a couple of years ago).

While you are at the ASUS download page also download and install any other newer driver versions that may be available.

If you continue having BSOD with the Realtek driver installed also update the BIOS if a newer version is available.

- After you get the driver sorted out, go over the Sound settings and make sure Speakers are set to default.

(assuming you are using the speaker output on the machine. External speakers in monitors\TV use HDMI or Displayport for audio

via Nvidia HD Audio, which comes with your Nvidia graphics drivers)

i didn't understand this step- 4. Install Realtek APO Driver through device manager, then using device manager update from Realtek APO Driver to the lastest offical realtek HD Audio
which inf file i should choose when installing Realtel APO driver folder and there are many inf files in the Realtek official HD Audio. which file to choose?

I had the realtek error when using the installer, so I did these step and It Worked

1.Go Open up device manager
2. Go under sound,video, and game controllers
3. Find Realtek High Definition Audio
4. Right click and hit update driver
5. Browse my computer for driver software
6. Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer
7. Click Have Disk and hit browse
8. Click on the Realtek HD Audio mod folder and look for win64
9. Click on the HDXRT4 and click ok,
10. Click Next and Yes
After it is done, restart the PC

You should be good then and also make sure before doing these steps that you have driver enforcement disabled.
