Windows 10: BSOD while installing MS Drawing Driver

Using windows update I was installing the MS Drawing Driver and my keyboard flashed (blue lights) and the next thing a BSOD. I have attached the collected files can someone confirm the MS Drawing Driver is responsible.

Nokia Lumia 720 as a touchscreen input device to Win 7/Win 8 laptops

Dear all.



I have been owning a Lumia 720 since June-2013 and can safely say now that it was an excellent choice.



I would like to use the lumia as a touchscreen input device for my Win-7 laptop. Idea is that the laptop connects to lumia over USB. A drawing app opened on win-7 laptop automatically opens a remote client on the lumia. Stuff that I draw on the lumia using
a stylus appears on the laptop.



The biggest driver for this request is that a lot of discussions happen at workplace with colleagues in global locations. Explaining concepts using MS-Paint/MS-Visio while effective is not entirely efficient. So is there a way that I could draw on the lumia
and share the drawings over netmeeting/livemeeting?

How to STOP the automatic update to Windows 10 ?

I have to agree... that some devices do not work with the upgrade to '10'. I have a HP DV 7-6b75 with dual display drivers (AMD/Intel Switchable HD Graphic Drivers). AMD have not produced a driver that works for my laptop and '10'.

MS tells me my device is 10 ready and I get the icon...but MS is wrong. I have tried a couple of times to install the upgrade only to be greeted with a 2 minute BSOD(Black screen of death)/high CPU power draw and constant high fan speeds...etc.

So a device that is just 4 years of age & $1400.00 is NOT upgradable to 10, and after 6 months...no fix from MS or AMD....and I am constantly going to the AMD site to check for a fix, but....

I have an old "Vista" laptop upgraded to WIn 7 and now upgraded to 10 that works just get!

 

Please remove / disable items from the startup in taskmanager
These programs could interfere with the boot process giving you trouble and increase the boot time.

Please update the BIOS

My motherboard is V1 and therefore the latest Bios, V2 is a different motherboard. I will disable start up items but boot times are almost instant with SSD drive.

 

Odd, I triple checked the motherboard.

With bluescreen troubleshooting it isn't about the speed, but about the possible conflicts that could be caused by these services.

 

It's a common mistake, MSI no longer have a page for V1 of the P35 Neo, even live update gets it wrong but those that have let live update update a V1 with a V2 Bios have bricked their V1 board, more info on the msi user forum if it still exists.
