Windows 10: BSoD while playing BDO

Hello.I need some help with BSoD that happens 3-4times while i playing Black Desert Online. DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION is the code.Let's start with some information about my laptop :Acer nitro 5 515-52-53H0 CPU:i5 8300HGPU:1050 GTXRAM:8 GB DDR4 I replaced my 1TB HDD with a 512GB SSD NVMe Silicon Power A80, which has a 3GB/s read/write speed.After making this change, I played for about 20 days without any crashes. The game ran smoothly on minimal quality settings 1920x1080 at 60 FPS. However, 3–4 days ago, crashes started happening during gameplay, and since yesterday, I have also started exper

• May we know what BDO stands for? Does this issue occur on other games?

BSOD When playing games

• Does the BSOD occur while playing a particular game?
• Is the game downloaded from Windows Store?

I suggest you to update the Graphic Card drivers by following the steps provided below and check if it helps.

• Press Windows key + X, select Device Manager.
• Expand Display Adapters.
• Right click on the driver and select Update Driver Software.
• Follow the on-screen prompts to update.

[SOLVED] Multiple random BSODs, all pointing to the kernel


No BSODs yet but I haven't been playing World of Warcraft which I suspect to be a possible cause.

Was the driver verifier step necessary or just a suggestion?
