    BSoD while Playing Counter Srtike


    This is the third time I am posting this query because all of the previous threads became inactive.

    I have been facing BSoD issue for a while now.

    I have tried multiple fixes like updating windows and drivers and I recently updated the firmware.

    I have all the things updated and tried looking for a solution on other forums but it didn't work. They suggested turning off multicore rendering which is an in-game setting and that didn't help.

    I don't have any third party anti-virus on my system too.

    I also face random stuttering while watching videos.

    Earlier today I ran chkdsk on my disk where the game is installed and that too gave me a BSoD.

    Can someone please tell me from the dump files what caused the BSoD. It shows ntkrnlmp.exe most of the time.

    Any help is appreciated.

    Follow the instructions to run driver verifier again from BSOD while playing games, but now use these settings instead.

    • Pool Tracking
    • Security Checks
    • Miscellaneous Checks
    • Power framework delay fuzzing
    • DDI compliance checking
