Windows 10: Bsod while playing Genshin Impact

Hello!I've been facing alot of issues while playing Genshin Impact, few days ago It had been fine and I had a constant frame rate with no crashes. Until recently, my laptop has been crashing/getting the bsod Threat Stuck In Device Driver While playing. Sometimes the game just freezes, my brightness increases on its own, get a black screen and all I hear is distorted game music. I don't think i did any major changes/updates to my laptop, so I'm wondering if there is any fix or a possible reason for this to happen so often?Thanks!

BSOD Starting Genshin Impact

Hey! I have been playin Genshin Impact since July, I left the game for a while, and when I tried to play again, my PC throws BSOD with the code: KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

It happens just with Genshin, all other apps and games are going well.

I tried updating drivers and checking memory and stuff and all is fine, I don't know what to do, please help, I read about ntoskrnl.exe, but idk what to do with that info.

I start the game and when I try to log in, it throws BSOD.

Please, I need a solution for this, anything works, I wait for your answer. Thank you!

 

Play Genshin Impact on Older Version Of Windows

Genshin Impact is still compatible with older windows version like windows 7,8 etc. If you have older version of Windows while playing genshin, is manufacturer will give driver update? In Google says when genshin updates, have to update drivers.

 

BSoD when opening genshin impact

Blue screen appears and restart my laptop every time I try to open genshin impact. I was able to play without any issues until yesterday (when BSoD started appearing), even though my gaming laptop should be capable of processing a game like this. What could be the hardware issue of my laptop and how do I fix it?
