Windows 10: BSOD while playing Halo 3 ODST

Hi, I'm getting BSOD when I open MCC and then after I open it again and go into the Campaign for ODST I get BSOD again

halo 3+ODST crashes the entire mcc

Halo 3 and ODST crashes the MCC. I launch campaign, multiplayer, forge and firefight. It puts a black screen for 1 seconds and the mcc crashes. I tried to reinstall, verify my files, deactived the cloud, deleted some corrupted map and gametype files but it still doesn't work.

 

Anyone played Halo 3 - ODST yet?

I agree with everything your saying m8. Halo 3 : ODST, WTF is that all about? It should have just stayed as Halo : Recon or at least Halo : ODST *Wink (for example Halo : Reach isnt Halo 3 : Reach is it)

About game length....it is short (like you said, about 4 hours worth of solid play) but it is a good addition to the Halo franchise and Firefight, along with the filled to the brim 2nd disc, makes it a worthwhile purchase. The most fun to be had from this title will be 4 player online Firefight, fact! *Rockout :rockout:

The Halo engine is starting to look dated, compared to games like CoD and Killzone. But if your an Halo fan, you will love it warts and all *Smile

 

Anyone played Halo 3 - ODST yet?

i dunno, any halo game will stay at 59.99 because of the popularity for a lot longer than most games (think COD 4), halo 3 still cost 40.00 dollars and it's been out for like 2 years now? so i doubt halo ODST will be 40 dollars any time soon, i'd go for maybe a year after its release.

About Halo taking you 8 hours to complete on heroic that's cool? it just depends on how you play the game i guess, being able to beat it in one night after i picked it up was really disappointing. i was expecting it to be longer than the first two games. It was about the same length if not shorter.

I plan on picking up ODST tonight at 12 am, i will probably start off on Heroic, and if i find it easy enough than i'll do legendary that way i can play longer than 5 hours.

I think that they shouldn't have it titled "Halo 3: ODST", i think it should be called "Halo ODST" because technically this story is not about Master Chief and all about ODST.

Oh well, its a M$ game, Honest i have to say the Halo engine hasn't really held up well considering.

These next few months are gonna kill the wallet.

damn November and games, sucks it has to be the same month as the girlfriends birthday.
