Windows 10: BSOD while playing Just Cause 3

I was just playing the game as per normal. All settings maxed out except for AA which is on FXAA. One thing I recently changed was forcing Anisotropic Filtering in the NVCP.

My hardware is as follows:

EVGA GTX 980 TI 6GB
i7 6700K (No overclock)
16GB DDR4
I have multiple HDD's but not in raid. Just general storage. Dual monitors with Windows 10 x64Bit. I haven't had a BSOD in a very long time so this was a surprise to me.

BSOD ntoskrnl.exe+142480, 0x00000101, did test: DRIVER_VERIFIER_DETECTED_VIOLATION (avc3.sys)

While last reply I had 3 more BSODS, 3 more .dmps.

All of them were while playing like before.

All of them with those causes:

0x00000101

ntoskrnl.exe+142480

The "0x00000124, ntoskrnl.exe" which I had once in that time seems to be unique.

Done things:

No BSOD

-prime95 4hours

-3dMark Benchmarks

Still BSOD

-deinstalled bitdefender

-deinstalled gigabyte center software with components (oc software etc.)

-installed old nvidia driver

-set ram profile from xmp (3000) to normal 2133

 

BSOD Memory_Management and other

Just had another BSOD, this time it was a KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED. Was playing Guild Wars 2 while Firefox was open playing a video on Youtube.

In the zip there were no bsod mini dump files.
In case you use Ccleaner please modify the settings: windows tab > system > memory dumps > make sure that it is unchecked
xbox and utorrent were noted as problem signatures and faulting applications.

1) open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:
2) sfc /scannow
3) dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
4) chkdsk /scan
5) When these have completed > right click on the top bar or title bar of the administrative command prompt box > left click on edit then select all > right click on the top bar again > left click on edit then copy > paste into the thread6) download and install whocrashed: Resplendence Software - WhoCrashed, automatic crash dump analyzer
7) click on analyze and post the results into the thread
8) above analyze click on tools > crash dump test > type: ACCEPT > post results into the thread
9) Make sure that there is no over clocking while troubleshooting.

Sometimes there are problems in the bios that produce bsod.

The bios in your computer: BIOS Version/Date American Megatrends Inc. P1.70, 8/28/2015

10) Please check to see if this is the most up to date version.

11) To ensure that there are no improper bios settings please reset the bios.

Sometimes there can be failure to boot after resetting the bios.

12) So please make sure your files are backed up.

13) Please make a backup image with Macrium:
Macrium Software | Macrium Reflect Free: Macrium Software | Your image is everything

14) And please create a restore point.

16) open device manager and look for: WS Audio device or Olympic audio device
Report into the thread your findings.
