    BSOD while playing Valorant


    Valorant crashes to BSOD after a couple of minutes. Windows shows different errors every time, including "Kernel Security Check Failure", "System thread exception not handled" etc. I have tried updating my drivers and OS, and even did a clean install, but the problem persists nonetheless.     Please share the information requested below:

    • Does the BSOD occur while playing a particular game?
    • Is the game downloaded from Windows Store?

    I suggest you to update the Graphic Card drivers by following the steps provided below and check if it helps.

    • Press Windows key + X, select Device Manager.
    • Expand Display Adapters.
    • Right click on the driver and select Update Driver Software.
    • Follow the on-screen prompts to update.

    BSOD while playing games

    I didn't know about this program. Btw I check and it's all updated

    - - - Updated - - -

    Again BSOD while playing GTA V and yestarday on Valorant. I've reinstalled GPU drivers through DDU and valorant seems to he fixed but not GTA. So it's not daemon tools etc, it was just a case.

    [SOLVED] Multiple random BSODs, all pointing to the kernel


    No BSODs yet but I haven't been playing World of Warcraft which I suspect to be a possible cause.

    Was the driver verifier step necessary or just a suggestion?
