Windows 10: BSOD while playing War Thunder

For two weeks now I've been having crashes on my laptop, usually these crashes result in a BSOD [CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT] error other times the laptop hangs and I'm forced to manually reboot. Surprisingly these BSODs only occur while playing War Thunder and no other application, or game.

My Specs:

Laptop: HP Envy x360 [HP Envy 15 121dx model]

CPU: Ryzen 5 2500u

GPU: Radeon Vega 8 Graphics

RAM: 2x4GB @1200MHz [supplied by Samsung]

Storage: 128GBSSD [Adata supplied] + 1TB HDD @5400RPM [Seagate supplied]

My Attempts
I've made several attempts to repair the BSODs without any success including:

Updating all drivers including AMD drivers

Upgrading Windows 10 to 1903 from 1803 and then updating all drivers again

Reinstalling drivers after clean driver wipe

Rolling back drivers a couple of versions

Reinstalling Warthunder

Running Warthunder in reduced graphics mode to reduce load

Running Warthunder in 32bit

Running Mem86 and Mem86+ intensive tests without any result

It should be noted that I'm not overclocking anything, not that I can anyway.

None of my attempts have yielded any progress, although on a probably unrelated note I have noticed improved performance on other games with new 1903 update. Still the crashes remain the same. If its worth noting the game only crashes when I join a battle and select a vehicle, that is effectively also the time when the game loads.

I've attached a link here to the Minidump and MSINFO32 files, hopefully someone can take a look at them and help me figure out what is going on. All help is appreciated, thank you.

War Thunder now available to play for free on Xbox One

Back in June we started paid access for War Thunder on Xbox One, and those initial three months were incredibly helpful in preparing the game for free-to-play release. Now War Thunder is available for free on the Microsoft Store and we prepared a huge content update for this occasion.

The update’s codename is The Valkyries and it introduces combat helicopters into the game. These fearsome war machines first proved their combat effectiveness during the Vietnam War and today no military conflict goes without their involvement. The first nations to field the choppers in battle of War Thunder are USA and USSR, with such iconic rotorcraft as UH-1 Huey and Mi-24 Hind (you can purchase premium versions of both as DLC on the Microsoft Store). The other nations will get their share in future updates.

Since helicopters are the most modern type of military equipment to be found in War Thunder, you need to own at least one Rank 5 vehicle to start researching them, and they’ll be playable only in top rank matches alongside tanks of Cold War era such as newly added M1IP Abrams and T-80B. To really scratch that “Red Dawn” itch you didn’t realize you had all this time, we also introduced new combined battles map called American Desert. Its visage is based on real small towns of Arizona or Nevada from around 1960s time period and one of its coolest features is a functioning railroad track – be aware of the incoming freight train while driving around in your tank!

As for aerial combat, in addition to the new Vietnam map, we’re going to test pitting helicopters against planes in regular air battles and also dedicated choppers vs choppers game mode. This is where feedback from players will be invaluable. And other good news for Xbox One pilots is the addition of support for T.Flight Hotas One flightstick – now you can really fully immerse into the game while playing from the cockpit view.

Xbox One players also have unlimited access to the Naval Closed Beta which is undergoing in the events menu currently, and a slew of exclusive premium vehicles in the Microsoft Store. The latest addition is the Beginner’s Bundle which includes M3A1 light tank and decal of United States Marine Corps. We welcome all new players and wish them good luck on the battlefield!

Any War Thunder player here?

Any War Thunder player here? I'm a War Thunder player here and I'm currently play German. I'm in the progress of researching tier 5 German Tiger 2 10.5cm. I already had Jagdtiger, but just want the Tiger 2 10.5cm because it a good tank with 105mm gun. Yes, the Tiger 2 armor is not that great for tier 5, but the gun is good for personal opinion. Also, us German tankers and air players suffer big hit when we faced Soviet and America cold war tanks which they have tons of armors and better guns.

War Thunder right click problem.

When playing War Thunder and I right click to zoom it kicks me to windows desktop. The problem does not happen all the time, but does happen at least once during a session. Any ideas what could cause this?
