Windows 10: BSOD while running Driver Verifier Wdf01000.sys

    BSOD while running Driver Verifier Wdf01000.sys


    Hi!
    Ever since I updated to Windows 10 i keep getting these random freezes(sometimes when i am playing or even when i am just browsing the internet) and it came up with this electric like buzzing in the speakers(also in headphones so it is not the sound equipment). This has happened to me before when I was running Windows 7 and it turned out to be the Antivirus. I have checked my ram just to make sure with memtest and it did not find any issue with the ram.
    So i ran Driver Verifier and it was not even 1 minute running it and BSOD driver violation Wdf01000.sys .
    Please help me.

    wdf01000.sys and ntoskrnl.exe BSOD

    I'm on Windows 10, 64bit

    Basically, whenever I try to update my LPC controller through Device Manager, BSOD with WDF_VIOLATION occurs (culprit being wdf01000.sys)

    So I try to use the driver verifier to see which driver is causing the BSOD, but then it causes BSOD (cultprit being ntoskrnl.exe)

    Have no idea which driver is causing them

    Please help!

    Hey sorry for the very late reply, driver verifier did not create new dump files for some reason.

    However I had run Bluescreen viewer which shows all of the causes, the following was in red; ntoskrnl.exe (this one occurred 6 times), Watchdog.sys happened once and dxgmms2.sys followed two days after, then it was volsnap.sys, ucx01000.sys, Wdf01000.sys
    than finally ScpVBus.sys (this one ocurred on startup after using driver verifier). These all happened in the space of a month and no BSOD happened before them. I am going to take out 2 sticks of ram from my 4 and I am also looking at doing a reinstall of
    windows.
