Windows 10: BSOD while upgrading to Insider Preview 19536

    BSOD while upgrading to Insider Preview 19536


    Hello Guys,

    I am Actually on Windows 10 Home Preview 19041 without any Problems.
    BSOD appears after the very first boot when upgrade should start. Winows Spinner is visible for a view Seconds, and then Bluescreen plus reboot. windows rolls back then to 19041

    bluescreen give Information
    Driver IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL
    iaStorA.sys

    This file is not present before the update.
    Device Manager shows at IDE Controller Intel IHC9 Family AHCI Controller
