Windows 10: Bsod while watching 9anime

Ok please help me im freaking out, so basically I was just watching anime in 9anime yes im pretty sure it is the right website and umm I opened another tab to watch a youtube video and then I was watching a video and random bam! audio goes all brrrrr and goes to BSOD I freak out and somehow I just fix it I did sfc scannow and some steps online and DISM /online /cleanup-image /RestoreHealth ,my laptop is a lenovo laptop X1 Carbon 5th gen 2017 please help if you canwindows 10 latest updaate I think im really worried helppp

Random BSOD while browsing internet


BitDefender is nothing special. mwac.sys causes BSODs anywhere.

In that very thread, the suggested action apparently worked.

The storage and network filters of any third party antivirus can cause BSODs. Neither MBAM nor BitDefender is any special. For a regular antivirus, it may be shifted to an alternative; but MBAM has no alternative. So a clean install of the said program is the most feasible first step.
As far as the first step is not failing, it is better to not think for the second step. Because the BSODs are not universal, failure at the first step is not universal; and success at the second step is also not universal.
That is why I posted that my suggestion may work, or may not. Let us see where it goes.

 

BSOD when watching Netflix and Hulu

This is becoming a constant and it's incredibly frustrating. Every time I'm watching something on Netflix or Hulu my computer crashes to the BSOD! I have no clue what to do.

I've tried running diagnostics tests, clearing my cache, updating drivers; nothing seems to work! This began occuring right after upgrading to Windows 10. With the exception of the nightly BSOD when I'm trying to unwind and go to sleep, Windows 10 has been
running beautifully.

Please help!! I'm not particularly tech savy, so if there is a step-by-step guide it would be greatly appreciated

 

BSOD while playing WOW or watching streaming video


With help from @axe0 it appear you Daemon Tools installed

Daemon tools, Alcohol 120% and Power Archiver Pro uses SCSI Pass Through Direct (SPTD), which is a well known cause for BSOD's.

Please remove Daemon Tools and run the SPTD pass through remover.

1. Uninstall Daemon Tools
2. Download the SPTD standalone installer and follow these steps:
   • Double click the executable to open it
   • Click on the button shown below
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   If the button is grayed out, like in the image, there is no more SPTD installation on your system, and you can close the window.
