Windows 10: BSOD while watching online videos

Discus and support BSOD while watching online videos in Windows 10 BSOD Crashes and Debugging to solve the problem; Many times when I watch online videos( youtube/netflix/others) my laptop freezes and after 10 seconds brings bsod with the error...     BSOD while watching online videos


    Many times when I watch online videos( youtube/netflix/others) my laptop freezes and after 10 seconds brings bsod with the error dpc_watchdog_violation. Any help ?

    Are you getting BSODs ?

    If so, it may help to look at the minidump files from the blue screen crashes.

    Can you zip up the minidump files in the C:\Windows\Minidump folder and make available (provide link) via a public folder on OneDrive or similar site.

    If you have problems zipping the minidump files copy the minidump files to another location such as a folder on the Desktop

    Also, you do not necessarily have to zip up the minidump files, you can upload them one at a time.

    BSOD while watching online videos

    Check for BIOS updates and install the latest Realtek wifi driver from ASUS, this driver may be a downgrade but there are (for us) known issues with the Realtek wifi driver you currently have installed.
