Windows 10: BSOD whilst gaming AMD Xata.sys after using Driver Verifier.

Hi All,I've been having random BSOD's whilst gaming for the past month or so and I've tried running file scans, memory scans, I've downloaded driver tools to make sure all my drivers are up to date, completely uninstalled and reinstalled graphics drivers with DDU, I've changed boot settings, done registry fixes, pretty much everything I could find from various sites on how to resolve the BSOD's I've been receiving. Other than a complete reinstall of windows I'm at a loss as to what my issue actually is, sometimes I get BSOD with kmode exception not handled I've also had driver irql not less or

The Dmp file wasn't there..but the issue was amd xata sys on the BSOD

btw when the BSOD appeared for first time,I wrote sfc /scannow and it fixed some errors.now I did that driver verifier and on the BSOD it said the solution is amd xata sys

I could do the steps which guide how to fix my issue for not having a dump file or folder.It says "you must be sure that Automatically restart is disabled",but mine is enabled;also it says to ensure that the directory of the DMP file is %SystemRoot%\Minidump,but
mine is %SystemRoot%\MEMORY.DMP .I didn't do that ,because I already saw what is the issue,but should I do that after all?(to change the directory and disable "automatically restart").Anyways what should I do after I know what is the issue?I don't know what
is amd xata sys related tf course it's related to amd LOL,just I don't know for which device is that

 

Windows Driver Verifier BSOD


I took the WinTV card out of my computer and ran driver verifier again but didn't have it check dfx12x64.sys. Still got an immediate BSOD which BlueScreenView reported as being caused by wdcsam64.sys. Ran driver verifier again and didn't have it check either of those two, this time I got a BSOD that BlueScreenView reported as being caused by rtwlanu.sys (I've included that crash dump - the previous one got deleted when I had to use system restore to disable driver verifier). Ran driver verifier again and excluded all 3 of those from the list of drivers to check and finally didn't get a BSOD. So what the heck does that mean? Driver verifier's given me BSODs for 5 different drivers now. I'm about to just give up and go back to Windows 7.

That reminds me that I meant to mention that I have to exclude the following drivers from Verifier or I get boot time BSOD's:

SSRFSF.SYS

VTRACK.SYS

SYMEFASI64.SYS

This was relevant information and agrees with your analysis.

Any advice on the use of either IASTORA.SYS or STORAHCI.SYS? And, why the DUMP_* drivers of either is always listed in Verifier?
