Windows 10: Bsod windows 11 again again

Hello, i just reinstalled windows 11 from usb so i could be sure all the drives with windows and games was wiped and cleaned, and i got another bsod...I dont know what to make of those bsod's i gotten since i got the card and still im dont know if its driver related or my card that is faulty and i checked my memore with memtest86/memtest86+/windows memory diagnoctic with over 3 days of scanning for memory error and over 10 passes with each of the programs and zero errors in all.1. windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
