Windows 10: BSOD Windows 11 CLOCK-WATCHDOG-TIMEOUT

I just upgraded my CPU from a Ryzen 2700x to a 5700x3D as well as 2 new sticks of ram, and a new SSD, but I have had nothing but trouble after installing it all. Firstly, my pc BSOD's after closing any game without fail, and just recently started making this super annoying BE-DO noise every 2 seconds after signing in. Found my fix:

1. Downloaded a current (April 2018) ISO of Windows 10 64-bit from Microsoft

1. Downgraded product from "Enterprise" to "Pro"
   
2. HIGHLY LIKELY issue with UPDATES for Spectre and Meltdown
   

Windows now works!! those new updates are not installed yet (unless they are part of the new ISO i used.)

Windows crashed with clock watchdog timeout bsod

After recently getting rid of BSOD caused by faulty drivers on my Windows 10 laptop, I started getting clock watchdog timeout and IRQL timeout BSOD, but the minidump was created only for the clock watchdog error.

BSOD watchdog clock timeout

Whenever i open a resource hogging website like some chess analysing websites which require the CPU and RAM my PC is crashing with the same BSOD of watchdog clock timeout whenever i run the website why ?
