Windows 10: BSOD Windows 11, Failed to create minidump - The RstMwService service terminated with the...

Recently my PC has been having BSODs primarily while playing games such as Valorant or Schedule 1. I tried to post my mindump but I get the following error in event viewer, "Dump file creation failed due to error during dump creation." I could not provide the minidump but here are the logs from event viewer. I also get this error among others,"The RstMwService service terminated with the following error:%%2684420176"Event Viewer Log: https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/12i378e65rgqt19647nay/bsod.evtx?rlkey=f4g7qa3nnwwcvcwic9t77rs32&st=gxwcun6d&dl=0My specs are as follow:AMD R7 7800X3

This problem occurs every time I play War Thunder, but only when I am entering a match. For some reason, after playing for 2-3 minutes, Black Screen of Death occurred and there is no way to mitigate it. However, after restarting the PC for the first time (after the BSOD), the BSOD doesn't occur anymore, and every time I check the event log, it always says:

The RstMwService service terminated with the following error:

Is there a connection between my usage of D-SUB cable with this error?

I currently am crashing every 30 mins or so with the error: The RstMwService service terminated with the following error: %%2684420176

I do not have intel rapid storage technology installed, which seems to be where most errors are pointed and no mini logs are created.

I've troubleshot this to death, but I'm just not as computer savvy as I wish I was.

I recently redownloaded Call of Duty: Cold War and without fail my entire PC reboots each time I try to start the game up. I've reverified files, uninstalled, reinstalled, and downloaded it on different launchers, and each time it's the same story.

In Event Viewer, I can find two similar error messages.

The first: The RstMwService service terminated with the following error: %%2684420176 Event ID: 7023 (Source: Service Control Manager)

Then: A fatal hardware error occurred. A record describing the condition is contained in the data section of this event. Event ID: 1 (Source: WHEA-Logger)
