Windows 10: BSOD with code IQRL_NOT_LESS_THAN_EQUAL and malfunction location ntoskrnl.exe

I am currently using a Xiaomi Book 14 Pro with ryzen 6800H and samsung 980 pro ssd.I having been facing with this BSOD: IQRL_NOT_LESS_THAN_EQUAL and malfunction location ntoskrnl.exe for quite a while of time. It usually pops out when I open my computer after leaving it slept for a night or sometimes when playing games especially Genshin Impact.I searched online and noticed that one of the most common way to analyze the problem is via reading the minidump files which created after every BSOD. Hang on a second, no. As far as the rules are concerned VPNs from legitimate sources are not illegal. You don't have the right to 'force' someone to remove a piece of software that:

1. Is not causing the issue related to the crashes
2. is not pirated software or illegal

Cloudflare WARP does not have a windivert file that I can find, even if it did, again, its not against the forum rules because it is not an illegal system file in of itself.

• Update your Realtek audio driver.
• Update your computer.
• Disable overclocking settings.
• Turn off BlueStacks/ another Android emulator.
• Clean your registry.
• Check your disk for errors.
• Fix bad memory issues.
• Remove faulty sticks of RAM.
