Windows 10: BSOD with DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION error when using app & connecting phone via USB

I am currently trying to test a mobile phone using a network analysis app but at random points in time of using the app, i get a BSOD with the DPC WATCHDOG VIOLATION error.I have tried to update my wi-fi and BT drivers as discussed in other threads but had no luck. I am using Windows 11 laptop with an intel 14900HX and nvidia 4060 laptop gpu. Your list confirms my phone is eligible, Lumia 521. The windows Insider App fails after ~ 15 seconds, restores data and gives me error 80073cf9. I trouble shot this and went thru all the steps mentioned on several websites including MS without any luck. Short of a hard reset, this is where I am now. Suggestions appreciated.

Those are essentially the same steps I showed in Post #11 for my Samsung phone. It is important after the phone is connected to the PC with a USB cable to swipe from the top of the phone screen to show the notifications. If you can't connect the phone to your PC with a USB cable then the easiest way to get the screenshots from your phone to your PC is to email them to yourself. I just opened my Gmail account on my phone, created a new email, attached the screenshots to it, and emailed them. When I opened the email on my PC I selected to to download the attachment. Note the attachment was a single zip file with the screenshots inside.
