Windows 10: BSOD with error code: MACHINE_CHECK_EXCEPTION

I switched my GPU from a GTX 1060 6GB to an RTX 2060 Super this summer, since then I have started to experience complete computer crashes every ~2 weeks or so. It happens at any random moment, while watching Youtube vids, gaming or other tasks. My monitors completely freeze and a blue screen appears with the error code: MACHINE_CHECK_EXCEPTION. It doesn't even restart itself, I have to manually shut down my PC and boot it back up. Every time after booting up after a computer crash, in my device manager, a yellow hazard error appears next to HID compliant headset. When clicking proprieties in the HID compliant headset it says: This device cannot start. (Code 10). I am clueless about the reason why this would be occurring and any help is greatly appreciated. Here are the solutions I tried and didn't work:-Reinstalling my GPU driver-Changing headsets-Updating BIOS-Resetting BIOS settings

CPU: Intel i5-9600k

MACHINE_CHECK_EXCEPTION BSODS error

Appreciate you for trying to fix the issue by yourself.

There area lot of CPU functions that are disabled in safe mode ( You may use your favorite search engine and perform a search). Let's follow the steps below and try resolving the issue.

First run the hardware and device troubleshooter and check.

  Type troubleshooting in the search bar.
  
• 
  Click view all in the left panel.
  
• 
  Select ‘Hardware and devices' and follow the on-screen instructions.
  

I suggest you to contact your manufacturer and update the BIOS. Machine Check Exception is related to the BIOS. After BIOS is updated, it should be fine.

Motherboard: Asus A7V8X-X (Via KT400) (purchased in fall, 2003)

STOP: 0x0000009C MACHINE_CHECK_EXCEPTION was an unstable core, with my
T'bred 2000+ AIUCB, it starts doing that at 2055 Mhz.
I would get that BSOD when playing Goldeneye and when there was a lot of explosions (Nintendo 64 emulation) with probably both PJ64 and 1964.
I heard that the AIUCB stepping sucks.

And when I ran Prime95, Prime95 usually gave an error within roughly 45 minutes.

Prime95 sometimes reported "ILLEGAL SUMOUT" 100 times.

 

MACHINE_CHECK_EXCEPTION Error.

Everytime I try to boot my PC, the loading crashes and gives me a BSOD. It has a MACHINE_CHECK_EXCEPTION Error. It then restarts and loops crashing and restarting. Anyone know any fixes?
