BSOD with Unexpected Kernel Mode Trap + iaStorE.sys failed

BSOD with Unexpected Kernel Mode Trap + iaStorE.sys failed error. I'v tried going through the repeated repair options menu so far but keep going in circles. The Prepairing Automatic repair & Diagnosing your PC failed as well as Restart. Under Troubleshooting >Advanced options:- 1. No restore points can be found 2.Startup Settings >repair only go back to preparing Automatic Repair etc. 3. At some point CHKDSK appears to run - "Checking disk for errors" & then "Startup repair couldn't repair you PC" Checking the report file "SptTrail.txt".. All the error codes were =0x0, BUT "Unspecified changes to System configuration might have caused the problem" appears and "Repair action - failed + " Error Code = 0x32" "Repair action: System files integrity check and repair" - Failed, + "Error Code = 0xa" I've tried SFC /SCANNOW but"could not perform the required operation" All actions so far bring me back to a blue screen. This PC was upgraded from Windows 7 so no Win 10 disk. Using Media Creation on a different PC I've created a USB stick. Any other options to try - before apparently losing all the Apps when :-"Reset this PC" via troubleshooting, OR "Repairing the PC" via the USB stick??? Help!!

    :)

[Windows 10 BSOD] Unexpected Kernel Mode Trap

Unexpected kernel mode trap BSOD always appears when I try to update Windows 10 or reset the PC.

I've tried many solutions, such as:

    -Disconnecting external devices

    -Booting in safe mode

    -Memory diagnostic

    -chkdsk

none of which worked. Any suggestions to this problem would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
