  1. BSODs after two fresh installs

Hi! I've been having some issues with my laptop: I've been having BSODs for about two weeks, and then finally ran into the issue where my login screen would appear, but I couldn't type in my password, even in safe mode. I did a fresh install from the media creation tool, which worked for three days, then ran into a bunch of crashes in a row. I did another fresh install from the media creation tool, and then it was fine, until today, about three days later, it crashed again on me. In addition, right before my crash, my wifi adapter always goes out, and sometimes I can troubleshoot it, and sometimes it just crashes while I'm troubleshooting.

Here are the dump files and system info: https://1drv.ms/u/s!Apg5WLv9mKTrgniKeQhH3yiapDLm?e=jfvSP7

Thanks in advance for the help! Let me know if y'all have any more questions.

    :)

  3. BSOD even after fresh W10 1803 install

I've been having trouble with this Dell laptop for about 8 months now. Every two weeks or so, it either crashes with a BSOD, or simply screen freezes (with audio stuttering) that requires a hard reset.

Dell recently replaced the motherboard and memory, which still did not fix the problem. They then suggested a fresh install of W10 which I did last week.

I had yet another BSOD tonight so I am putting this out here to see if anyone can pinpoint the source of the problem. Minidump is in the 1drive link.

I did a quick view of the dump and it talks about 1by1.exe - I am fairly sure it isn't the problem, but have gone ahead and downloaded a fresh copy just in case.

Multiple BSODs in a fresh install of Windows 10

Daemon tools, Alcohol 120% and Power Archiver Pro uses SCSI Pass Through Direct (SPTD), which is a well known cause for BSOD's.
Please remove Daemon Tools and run the SPTD pass through remover.

    1. Uninstall Daemon Tools
    2. Download the SPTD standalone installer and follow these steps:
      • Double click the executable to open it
      • Click on the button shown below

If the button is grayed out, like in the image, there is no more SPTD installation on your system, and you can close the window
