Windows 10: BSODS on PDC.SYS

Discus and support BSODS on PDC.SYS in Windows 10 BSOD Crashes and Debugging to solve the problem; Been trying to solve a series of BSODs that have been happening on a few computers.     BSODS on PDC.SYS


    Been trying to solve a series of BSODs that have been happening on a few computers. All of them seem tied to pdc.sys+223f6 however I can't figure out what that is specifically or how to prevent it.

    All computers affected are on Windows 10 1909 enterprise. Using the following models: Dell Latitude 7400, Dell Latitude 7410, and Dell Precision 5540.
    All are using a WD19TB dock.

    Minidumps provided are specifically from a Latitude 7410 which i'm personally testing.
