Windows 10: BSODs, stutters, and freezes

Hello,I have recently replaced my motherboard and reinstalled a fresh Windows 11, but I've been plagued with regular BSODs and less regular stutters and crashes browsers, especially. I disabled the XMP and the ResizeBAR, changed to multiple different BIOS versions and reinstalled the Windows again, cleared CMOS, replaced my RAM to a set of memory sticks on the QVL list of my motherboard support page, used SFC, DISM and chkdsk commands, and reinstalled multiple drivers, all of which did not alter the issue at all. Awful stuttering followed by BSOD

I did that, restarted, but I'm getting stuttering/freezing all the same, no BSOD though at least.

 

Win 10 CU (not FCU) stutters and freezes a lot with various operations

I get momentary freezes and stuttering with a range of Windows menu operations. *sarc These are the ones that are top of mind but I'm sure there are others. Win 10 Pro 64, up to date on patches.

• Xing out a FireFox tab
• Click on FILE menu (drop down is delayed)
• FILE > Print (printer list or print menu is delayed)
• Selecting a higher level on the file path in the SAVE menu
• Search menu at bottom of Windows
• Typing in many situations.

Any suggestions? Or this this a known problem in Win 10? I've had this problem for some time, but lately it has gotten me really PO'ed.*Confused

 

BSOD freezing and stuttering randomly

Hey guys I'm getting random BSOD, stuttering videos and sound and freezing with out blue screens. I have updated all drivers including network, display and chipset to the latest. Also all components are set to default and nothing is overclocked. Both dump
files come up with different errors so I have no idea what the issue is.
