Discus and support BSOD's when playing game and using computer normally. in Windows 10 BSOD Crashes and Debugging to solve the problem; I was asked to open a new thread so thats what I did.     BSOD's when playing game and using computer normally.


    I was asked to open a new thread so thats what I did. In my old thread I was getting BSOD"s every few days, the problem seemed to dissapear 2 months ago, but this month my computer is acting up all again.

    Hi,

    Does this happen only while playing FIFA 18? Or is it all games?

    Have this happened when not playing games? Also have you received any BSODs (Blue Screen of Death) or any other error messages? Or is the computer just freezing?

    Also make sure your computer is not overheating, when a computer overheats the computer normally freezes/gets stuck.

    Blue Screen While Playing Online Games

    Hello, I have recently upgraded from Windows 10 Pro 64-Bit Build 10240 to Windows 10 Pro 64-Bit Build 10586.3. A BSOD is always being triggered when I play online games. The BSOD usually occurs during loading and it has an error message of " KMode_Exception_Not_Handled
    caused by dump_wmimmc.sys ".

    What is the root cause and the possible solution?

    By the way the online game that I play is CABAL Online and this is the only game in my PC that triggers BSOD. Other games work normally aside.

    Guess ill bump this thread with some more info. I tried used windbg to get some more info on my crashes(just got a new crash today).

    This is what I get. Win8 driver fault although I run windows 10? Whats the matter?

    It means windows 8 engine is used, this is something you see very often when loading dumps.

    If you still get crashes, a new dump would be required for analysing the new crashes.

    If the problem is still occuring, we need a new zip from the DM Log Collector (from the posting instructions) for analysis.
