Windows 10: Bubble Display Issue in Surface Pro 4 due to which cursor is continuously blinking

There is a bubble display coming on the home screen of my surface pro 4 due to which cursor is continuously blinking. I have been facing this issue for the past 6 months.

Issues with the display of the Surface Pro 4 in Windows 10

Please answer the below question to assist you better.

Did you make any changes in the Display settings prior to this issue?

I suggest you to uninstall and reinstall the display drivers on the system from the manufacturing website and check if it helps to resolve the issue.

Steps to uninstall the Display Drivers.

• Press “Windows Logo” + “X” keys on the keyboard.
• Click on “Device Manager” from that list.
• Search for the Display driver from the device list, right click on it and then select “Uninstall”. On the un-installation window, if you have an option: “Delete the driver software for this device” you may select that
  and then remove the corrupted drivers from the computer.
• Follow the on-screen instructions to complete it and then restart the computer and install the latest driver from the manufacturer website.

Surface Pro 4 mouse cursor not working properly

I am facing problem on Surface Pro 4 on screen at some point my mouse cursor is not working. How to resolve this issue is there any troubleshoot so I can try it to resolve the problem. Also I am using Windows 10 Version 1709 I did not update due to system
hanging problem in new version 1803.

Surface Pro 4 Docking issues

1. Both, I would expect.

2. Under display settings

3. Sorry for not being clear. It is the attached monitor, not the Surface Pro that causes me grief. The Surface Pro 4 works great by itself, when it is not attached to the dock.

4. Since updates are automatic, I expect the answer is yes.

The Surface Pro 3 has no issues but only the Surface Pro 4. Again, it only happened about the middle of February. There was also an issue with Outlook 2016 receiving multiple copies of email which arose at the same time but I have posted about that issue
elsewhere. I am just not a big believer in coincidences. This leads me to deduce a problem arising after an update.

Again, the Surface Pro 3 has NONE of these issues.
