    Hello. I have even connected my Buffalo external hard drive directly to my laptop with a new cable and windows 10 cannot find it. ?? Any other suggestions?

    Hi John,

    We suggest that you try the troubleshooting steps below:

    • Open your External Hard Drive file in File Explorer.
    • Type the name of the file you want to search on the search box and click Enter.
    The file will show up in Search Results and you will be able to move it to the correct folder.

This small enclosure has most likely Fujitsu's new 300GB 2.5-inch hard drive since it is the only brand that has such a small external drive in its arsenal. Coming next month the drive will be available in black and white colors and will retail for $300.
