Windows 10: Buffering Screen on Windows 11 startup

Hi,When I turn on my laptop, I receive get the following screenshot.It usually is like this for less than a minute. Is there something in the settings that can prevent this?Laptop specsell Inspiron 7430Intel i5 processor8 GB RAM455 SSDThanks

Can't get GPU-Z to start with Windows 8.1 startup

I'm not sure how to do that. Could you list the steps for a noob?

I suggest you to try performing Start up repair and check if it helps.
