Windows 10: BUG: all "Apps" in task manager disappear and reappear continuously when attempting to end...

When attempting to end task on Antimalware Service Executable or any background app that cannot be closed, it says "The operation cannot be completed, access is denied", then all items in "Apps" disappear and reappear in Task Manager.Here is the video describing the problem. Task Bar Icons Disappear and Reappear

Hi this started shortly after installing windows 10, when i click on the volume or the network icon in the system tray, all the other icons in the system tray as well as the task bar disappear, when i mouse over were they are supposed to be they reappear,
its not a big deal, just kinda annoying.

Any suggestions with this would be appreciated

Windows 10 Task Manager "End Task" does not end task.

This problem seems to be by design. I don't understand why but Windows 10 seems to try to keep you from managing a lot of the OS aspects that were available in Windows 7 and earlier versions. I can kill a scheduling program in windows 7 using task manager
that I have to reboot to end in Windows 10 although the program does disappear from the list. If I don't reboot Windows 10 and restart the program I get the spinning wheel of death.

it also happens some time like once in a blue moon. when I some times play a game it freezes and I have to end it up with ending the game process in task manager.

I would suggest if your computer freezes a much just check your resources available in task manager. for example heavy disk or ram usage.

And also some program and apps run in back ground and use heavy resources. so you can check that in task manager and reply.
