Windows 10: Bug displaying whites as bright yellow on HDR displays.

I just noticed that since some recent update, it seems like a bug causes my whites in some applications to be changed to bright yellow on my HDR display the Windows 11 HDR mode is disabled.This looks extremely hideous and makes it impossible to carry out my graphic design, work properly!The display I noticed this with is the "Viewsonic VX3211-4K-MHD". This is definitely a new issue which was not there before, and it seems to be independent of any standard display settings I could find like NVIDIA driver color settings or nightlight.This bug occurs in the windows photos app when viewing photo

Broken HDR over display port 1.4

2. Were you able to use HDR, prior to this issue?
   
3. Was there any major change or update on your system, before which you were able to use the HDR option over display port 1.4?

HDR on duplicate displays in Windows 10

Thanks for your answer. Sorry for my late reply. I posted the question and then was away for a few days and forgot to check for answers.

Setting the resolution of the monitors separately doesn't seem to fix the issue. The HDR option is still not available.

I did some more searching and found this article from Microsoft suggesting that it may not be possible to have HDR on two duplicated displays at the same time.

HDR settings in Windows

"When you first connect an external display to a laptop, Windows will duplicate your desktop on both displays by default. However, HDR isn’t supported in this configuration. To view HDR content on the external HDR monitor
or TV, extend your desktop across both displays."

I'm connecting two displays to a desktop PC, but I imagine the same rules apply there as well. It's strange that Windows doesn't support this. There doesn't seem to be any technical reason why it wouldn't work.
