Windows 10: Bug in my windows10

I have Window 10 64bit installed on my H.P elite book x360 G2 Lap. , Since it is my Work P.C, I mostly use it for Firefox, zoom, and a few other software many times after using it for let's say 30min, something Crashes, and when at that time I am using let say Firefox, few things happen, 1 I am Unable to Change my Tabs, 2 Even when Caps Lock is off, every letter i type is written is in Capital Form, To fix this problem I found a 20 Sec. temporary solution which is I put my Laptop In sleep Mode, and then I revive it, which fixes the bug for the next 1.5 hr to 2 hr but it happens again, Only r

Windows10 20H2 Language preferences bug?

Hi,
Please see attached pic.
After installing the last update (20H2) I got an additional language (ENG UK) which I can't get rid of:
As you can see, the ENG UK option is listed on my taskbar but can't be found under the installed keyboards.
Any remedy?

To troubleshoot your issue, we suggest doing these following troubleshooting methods:

Method 1

• Turn off your PC.
• Press and hold Shift then turn on your PC.
• Wait for the setup (set up fixes the problem automatically).

Method 2

• Create a media creation tool by following the steps in this
  link.
• Select your preferred installation option and wait for the process to finish.
