Windows 10: BUG-Open explorer will auto change input language to English

I'm just a regular Chinese gamer. Since I often press Ctrl + Space together in games like Minecraft, but this triggers Windows 11's input language switch shortcut, I went into settings and disabled the Ctrl + Space hotkey. Then, I added an English US input method, so now I can type in both Chinese and English without issues.But recently I noticed a new problem: When I open File Explorer, I can't use Chinese input anymore—it automatically switches back to English. For example, when I press Ctrl+Shift+N to create a new folder and try to name it in Chinese, I can’t switch to Chinese input via
