Windows 10: Bug regarding network connectivity, ping spikes please fix

Hello, I'm here to report an issue with the OS. Here's the deal:I was experiencing some weird bug regarding network connectivity. My connection would periodically have ping spikes in the 1000 to 2000 range every few seconds. Through google searching I found out it was caused by either the network adapter or a piece of software trying to update/refresh the wireless networks available. I "fixed" it by running this command on cmd as administrator:netsh wlan set autoconfig enabled=no interface="Wi-fi"I then, whenever I wanted to reconnect to network, enabled it again. Ping Spikes

Recently, I have discovered that I am receiving ping spikes from 200-1000 every 10 seconds or so when playing games, causing me to rubberband. However, I usually receive around 20ms in between ping spike intervals. I am using an ethernet cable that is connected
'Wi-fi Booster', which is connected to my router downstairs. I have tried multiple solutions in an attempt to fix this issue such as:

• Checking if my network adapters are outdated
• Troubleshooting my network adapters
• Changing my default DNS server to 1.1.1.1 (gives lower ping than 8.8.8.8)
• Disabling the feature where my PC would usually download updates from other computers
• Disabling OneDrive sync in Policy Group Editor

Ping spikes on wired connection

It's most likely your ISP.

Do you get more spikes when you put load on your connection or does loading the connection have no effect on the ping spikes?

DNS should not matter since when running a ping test, the address is most likely resolved only once at start.
