As it was proven (last night we were enter to summer time), the "daylight saving time" setting, wasn't enough. It seems that "set time automatically" overrides the "daylight saving time" setting.

Edit:

I found out the difference:

-- Daylight saving time setting keeps machine's clock unchanged.

-- Set time automatically setting adjusts the tray clock.

This issue may happen if your region or time zone doesn't observe Daylight Saving Time (DST).

To check if DST is available, follow the steps below:

• Press Windows key + S.
• Type Control Panel and press Enter.
• Select Clock, Language, and Region.
• Click Date and Time.
• Under Time zone, check if there's any indications regarding Daylight Saving Time.

How to enable / disable Daylight Saving Time on N95?

I don't see any menu item to enable / disable daylight saving time on N95?

Curently Cairo is set to +3 time zone with daylight saving time on.. I need to set switch daylight saving off to make it +2 timezone.

Please advise.
