Windows 10: [BUG]: Windows explorer's searchbar resizes when switching monitors

I would like to report a bug and find a solution how to get rid of this behavior. A searchbar gets larger in a window that is moved between two monitors.This is the same issue as described here https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/how-do-i-get-the-file-explorer-search-bar-to-stop/577d50cb-b8ad-402f-8cbe-3295f720ed6f?page=2 , I am just providing more info and exact steps to replicate the issue, in a new post, since the linked one is closed.Below is a recording of a window being moved between two monitors with window+shift+arrow keyboard shortcut. The window is then closed

Windows resize bug, now I can view contents or resize window


I am getting this stupid bug when windows explorer is not maximized, it would show this tiny window.

I can't resize it.

This will occurred when I try to move the window from a maximized state across my two monitors
from monitor one to 2
it thought I wanted to resize the window and then made this tiny window.

Follow either of these steps to fix the issue with the Active window hiding behind.

Method 1:
I suggest you to disable window by hovering over it with the mouse and check if it helps. To do so I suggest you to try the below given steps and check if it helps:

1. Press Windows key + X key and click on Control Panel.
2. Select or click Ease of Access.
3. Click or tap onEase of Access Centre.
4. Click on Make the Mouse Easier to Use was uncheck Activate Window by hovering over it with the mouse.
5. Check if issue is resolved.

Method 2:
I would suggest you to completely uninstall the touchpad driver and reinstall it. Kindly follow the below given steps.

1. Press “Windows key + X” and click on “Device Manager”.
2. In the list of devices, you should see the touchpad drivers.
3. Right click on the device and then select "Uninstall".
4. In the uninstall dialog, make sure you select the option to delete the driver package from the system. This causes the driver package installed earlier to be deleted.
5. In the Action menu of Device manager, select “Scan for Hardware changes” option. This will cause the device driver to be reinstalled. Once the driver is installed, close all windows and restart the computer.

In this case, we would suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below and check.

1. Launch Skype.
2. Drag the Skype Window to secondary monitor.
3. Resize the window as per your preference.
4. Maximize the Window and Restore Down.
5. Then close the skype window in secondary monitor.
6. Then try re-launching and check if the issue resolves.
