Windows 10: bug with "Features on Demand helper" being suddenly opened by command prompt and 1 other...

I couldn't find a topic relating to bugs in Windows 11 so I put Performance & system failuresHere is the problem: whenever I do what I usually do, I get a pop-up from the command prompt, and then I get a UAC prompt for "Features on Demand Helper." here is a screenshot of my PC and don't mind the BG:Look at all of those UAC prompts on the bottom. I remember asking my dad to block the Terminal, it sort of worked, although when I selected "Let Windows decide" in the developer settings. Remember the "1 suggestion" mentioned in the title? Would I just follow the same steps within safe mode after hooking up to the other system?

I am repairing a laptop for a friend and I need to access windows in safe mode and the owner has forgotten the password to the main user. I tried logging on with the administrator profile in safe mode but it is not showing up so I was going to use command prompt in safe mode with command prompt but command prompt will not open when I boot that option. Does anyone have any hints for me to figure this out?

 

Command prompt bug: Command prompt window hidden and never come back except relaunch

Attention this is not a preview build. This is an update that I got 2 days ago officially from Microsoft. Windows 10 build 10240.

There is a bug that I'm able to reproduce where the command prompt will be hidden in the background and I'm not able to do anything to get it back except close and open back the command prompt.

How to reproduce this bug:

1) Open command prompt

2) Right click and select properties on the command prompt title

3) Go to 'Color Tab'

4) Click Cancel

The Command Prompt will be hidden. If I click Ok on the step 4, there will be no issue..
