Windows 10: BUG with keyboard shortcut for SLOVAK QWERTY

Hi,does Microsoft register the bug which prevent to make a keyboard shortcut to special only SLOVAK QWERTY keyboard if used beside other keyboards? Unable to assign keyboard shortcut to a specific (Slovak QWERTY) keyboard

In the Language Bar Options tab of Advanced Key Settings I have four actions:

Between input languages -> Left Alt+Shift

To English (United States) - US -> Left Alt+Shift+1

To Russian (Russia) - Russian -> Left Alt+Shift+3

To Slovak (Slovakia) - Slovak (QWERTY) -> Left Alt+Shift+2

The switching (AltShift) works without problems for all languages/keyboards. As well the english and russian keyboards work fine. But the slovak keyboard switching (Left Alt+Shitf+2) doesn't work, indefferently of the shortcut I assign to it... I tried Left
Alt+Shift+4.... and so on, but it just wouldn't work.

Later, when I added a German keyboard and assigned it a shortcut, it worked as well. The only keyboard that wouldn't work with shortcut is the Slovak (QWERTY) keyboard. So is this a windows bug or am I doing something wrong here?

When I pressed the shortcut, it switched to russian for the russian shortcut, to english for the english shortcut, but never to slovak for the slovak shorcut.

What happens if you try to add any other keyboards other than Slovak? Does that allow you to switch using shortcuts?
