Hi There,


Today I had the computer freezing with the sound still on but was like a noise during a game session of 40 minutes.


I have been on trying to find out what is the problem with these frequent crashes but I had no result since the error before this during my game sessions was a classic display driver stopped working and recovered, this happen only if I play with ray tracing on at 60hz or 2k and 4k , lower 1080 AND 30hz it doesn't seem to affect the system, and I have no problem with ray tracing off but since I have an RTX 2080 super It would be nice to play with rtx on.


After a lot of trableshouting I ended up to not have that problem anymorethe display driver but this other issue came up and I could not find anything online related to this event id which I think it is related to the display driver anyway.


The system created a memory.dmp file that I can send if you need it.



ps: the dmp file is 1.5gb, is there a way to create a smaller version?

I am constantly getting blue screens on Windows 10 Version 1903 (OS Build 18362.476). I'm using a Dell Latitude 7390. The system event log has this: "The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000007e (0xffffffffc0000005, 0xfffff8013de9aed3,

It happens everytime im using a program called Fl Studio whenever i try to load a program or something i get that Bugcheck Error. can anybody help me out? thanks!
