Hi Team

My Windows randomly crashes with bugcheck once or twice in a week. I have updated all of my drivers

but don't know why is it still happening. It normally happens during gaming time. I had test my CPU and GPU using BurnInTest, which showed no issue.

Please help.

I also noticed some System Events of "Critical" and "Error" as the following,

• The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.
  
• DCOM got error "1053" attempting to start the service BcastDVRUserService_1382a36 with arguments "unavailable" in order to run the server:
  
  Windows.Media.Capture.Internal.AppCaptureShell
  
• A timeout was reached (30000 milliseconds) while waiting for the GameDVR
